Come and start the New Year as you mean to go on by supporting your mind and body.
This 90 minute yin and yang yoga workshop will open with dynamic 'yang' postures linked together in a flowing movement in rhythm with the breath. The yang poses will focus on generating heat in the body to open and stimulate detoxification pathways and twists to aid elimination. This will be followed by more passive 'yin' poses to calm, restore and bring balance to both body and mind.
The workshop is open to all levels but some experience of yoga will be beneficial.
