Yin Yoga - 4 Week Introductory Course

This four week taster course will introduce you to the basic priniciples of yin yoga. A static and passive form of yoga, yin involves holding floor based poses for anywhere up to five minutes in order to work deeply into the soft tissue and release chronic tension in muscles, fascia and tendons. Yin Yoga also focusses the mind, develops concentration. soothes the emotions and fosters calm. Come and try for yourself.
