Join us for an evening of yin, yang and mindfulness yoga focussing on the theme of love and self-compassion. The session will open with a dynamic flow class designed to calm the mind and open the heart. In the second half of the class passive yin poses will encourage introspection, self-enquiry and self-compassion. This evening will invite you to nurture your body, heart and mind in order to discover inner harmony and balance.
