We don’t often headstand, handstand or shoulderstand in class but these ‘topsy turvy’ poses are an important part of a traditional yoga practice; they're also satisfying to do, and have many benefits. Often fear is our main obstacle, rather than any physical instability. This workshop will help you understand the practice of inversions and guide you step by step into being upside down. If you find dog pose relatively do-able, then this workshop is for you.
