Deep into Autumn and fast approaching Winter, the end of November is a time for slowing down and reflecting. The evenings begin to draw in making it a perfect time for subtle candle light and a more gentle nurturing yoga practice. At this workshop we’ll be celebrating the season with a gratitude practice: pausing to appreciate all that we have in our lives that make us feel connected, loved and alive. The evening will begin with some slow flowing yoga before we turn further inwards for an hour of nourishing yin yoga. Gratitude and thanksgiving will be interwoven throughout the evening.
