Yoga for Runners and Cyclists

Whether you take your fitness seriously or it's just a hobby, this workshop will show you how yoga can help support and enhance your sport. We'll be exploring poses that target the main muscle groups used by runners and cyclists in order to increase flexibility as well as strength. Breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation will also be incorporated to enhance focus, concentration and stamina. No experience of yoga is necessary to participate.
