Escape to the beautiful island of Sri Lanka for this 7 day yoga retreat. Come and give yourself some love with twice daily yoga classes, pranayama, mindfulness meditation and more. We’ll observe silence each day until after the morning’s dynamic slow flowing yoga class designed to gently stimulate and awaken your energy. Evenings sessions will offer the opportunity to develop insight and awareness though the practice yin yoga. The theme of the week will be fostering self-care and compassion. There’ll also be the chance to explore the island with time for excursions and sightseeing.
Chloe is an experienced yoga teacher and has taught in the UK and abroad. She is interested in yoga’s transformative effects on mind, body and heart and influenced by Buddhist philosophy and mindfulness, in particular, the power of loving kindness and compassion.
