Classes, Events & Retreats

My teaching ranges from dynamic, slow flowing styles to gentler, hatha based classes, beginners, yin, and restorative yoga. As a qualified yoga therapist, I also offer therapeutic courses and 1-2-1 work. My classes are relaxed and inclusive, they can be challenging at times yet soothing and peaceful too. You’ll be encouraged to explore your body and your boundaries with a healthy respect and appreciation for what you can, as opposed to can’t yet do.

Yoga is for anyone and everyone. If you can breathe, you can practice yoga, it’s just a case of finding the right approach and style for you. Yoga is a powerful practice that can positively influence our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing helping us feel more grounded yet enlivened, alert yet and calm.
My approach to teaching is very much centred around the experiential practice of awareness,
encouraging students to develop a deeper understanding of their body, mind and breath
in order to encourage a move towards balance. I hope students leave the mat feeling a little
more connected and inspired than when they arrived.
