This summer weekend yoga retreat in beautiful Rosedale is all about relaxing, unwinding and enjoying the benefits of yoga and nature. Nestled on the edge of the North York Moors, the retreat centre offers you a break from demands of daily life. You'll practice yoga in a beautiful converted chapel, eat delicious home-cooked vegetarian meals and have the option of a countryside walk or two. There are therapy treatments available and a sauna, hot tub and cold tub to soothe or stimulate the senses.

This two night stay begins on Friday from 4:30pm and ends after lunch at 2pm on Sunday. There's also the option to book an extra night's stay at The Tree for a reduced rate of £60.
