About Chloe

I always enjoyed playing sport and being active as a child but discovering yoga as a teenager felt different. I was instantly attracted to the mindful element of ‘feeling and experiencing’ a shape or a movement from the inside out, and the overall feeling of greater ease and contentment afterwards.

After falling ill in my early twenties, I found yoga to be a sanctuary. What little energy I had seemed to be enhanced by simple stretches, steady breathing and relaxation techniques. These transformative effects captured my curiosity and I felt compelled to learn more about this mysterious practice, beginning a journey into studies that continue today.

After an initial foundation course and teacher training (BWY accredited) I studied various other disciplines and aspects of yoga including yin, nidra and children’s yoga and numerous workshops in a pursuit to learn more. Finally fulfilling my desire unpack its therapeutic qualities in more detail, I completed 580hr of study with The Minded Institute to become a qualified Yoga Therapist (BCYT and CNHC endorsed). Student first and teacher second, I continue to learn more about yoga and its benefits and so far have shared its gifts with hundreds of people ranging from 4 years to those in their 90s across London, Australia and York.

For me, yoga is a way of living in the world that encourages greater balance and integration on a personal level and in the way we interact with others and our environment. As a teacher I hope my students feel accepted, encouraged and empowered to live more positively and with improved health and wellbeing.

Much gratitude goes out to my teachers and those who have guided me along on this path so far, notably Maureen Payne, Jeff Phenix and Susannah Hoffman, Carlos Pomeda, Mary McIntyre, Heather Mason and Sarah Powers.

“Chloe’s sessions are the most perfect little parcels of self-care yoga, very thoughtfully put together.
Chloe guides everyone through the session with clear instruction, and such care and warmth.
There are options so you can work to your level, and a focus on developing your own practice, physically, cognitively and emotionally. I just love them”
